What size storage unit do I need for a studio, 1-bedroom, or 3-bedroom home?
A studio or dorm-sized space typically fits in a 5x10 unit, a 1-bedroom apartment usually needs a 5x10 to 10x10 depending on furniture and appliances, and a 3-bedroom house generally requires a 10x20. Our unit sizes line up directly with these benchmarks: our 5x10 units are ideal for studio and light 1-bedroom moves, our 10x10 units comfortably fit a full 1-bedroom apartment (queen bed, dresser, sofa, dining set, and major appliances), and our 10x20 units are sized for a 3-bedroom house, including multiple furniture sets and large appliances.
Do you offer climate-controlled units?
No. All of our units are drive-up, non-climate-controlled storage. This keeps our rates affordable while still providing secure, easy-access storage for most household and business items.
Is there a minimum lease term?
No. All of our leases are month-to-month, so there's no long-term commitment. We also offer discounts for tenants who prepay for extended stays (3, 6, or 12 months).
What are your gate access hours?
Standard gate access is 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. If you need access outside those hours, just contact our management team directly and we'll work out additional access arrangements with you.
What does the move-in process look like?
You can sign your lease by phone or online through our website. Once signed, you'll receive your unit assignment along with your gate code and lock code by both email and text, everything you need to access the property and your unit. At move-in, you can use your own lock or rent one from us for a low monthly fee.
Parking Spots
What size RVs, boats, or trailers can fit in your parking spaces?
We offer three parking spot sizes: a 10x10 spot for smaller vehicles, a 12x25 spot for SUVs, trucks, vans, and small boats, and a 12x40 spot for larger trucks and RVs.
Is the parking area secure?
Yes. All parking spots are enclosed within our gated parking lot, located alongside our storage units. The spots are uncovered, but the entire lot is fenced, lit, and monitored by cameras.
Can I store a boat, camper, or vehicle here without renting a storage unit?
Yes. Parking spots are available on their own, no storage unit rental required. If you do rent multiple parking spots and/or a storage unit together, we're happy to work with you on additional discounts.
What are the access hours for parking?
Parking access hours match our storage unit hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
Do you offer discounts for paying upfront?
Yes. We offer discounts for tenants who pay 3, 6, or 12 months upfront on a parking spot.
